Before you go…

Here's what we've learned after launching 50+ startup Christian school websites…

Writing is the number one reason school website projects struggle and stall.

And this makes sense. Most school leaders or soon-to-be school leaders are not marketers, and most are wearing LOTS of hats. Perhaps you're even working a full-time job or raising a family while trying to start or grow a school.

Your time is limited, and you aren't confident in your copywriting skills. So when you finally sit down at the computer, you find yourself staring at a blank document, fighting to decide what to say or (worse) making little tweaks to copy/pasted content from another school's website.

The result is predictable:

  • Boring, generic, vague, or even confusing content,
  • Project delays, and
  • Rewrite after rewrite.

We developed the Content Kit to fix that.

What It Is

The Content Kit is a $300 add-on to your Launch Site that provides a complete, guided system for writing your school's website content faster and better than you might expect.

Here's what's included:

  • Content Primer: A guided document that captures and organizes everything about your school: your mission, your right-fit families, your voice, and what makes you different.
  • Prompt Sequences: Ready-to-use prompts for every page of your site, built to work with your completed Primer and tuned specifically for our custom AI assistant.
  • Custom GPT: A Banner 61-built writing assistant trained on our best practices and recommended approach to content and page structure. Load your Primer into it, and it writes in your school's voice, not a generic one.
  • Training Videos: Short walkthroughs covering every step of the process, plus practical guidance on content writing best practices and how to get the most out of AI as a writing tool.

How It Works

  1. Fill out the Content Primer.
  2. Upload it to the Custom GPT.
  3. Use the prompt sequences to draft each page.
  4. Edit, refine, and hand it off.

Let me be clear: You'll still need to be hands-on. The AI gets you roughly 80% of the way there. But you still need to be involved. If writing ever feels "effortless," you're probably settling for too little. The prompts, AI assistant, and process are built to keep you in the driver's seat, not replace your judgment.
