However, in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by its side, communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. We do not guarantee that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it. And, if a crisis ever occurs, we’ll be there to assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

No, we don’t provide email support. The reason behind this is that we want to focus on one thing and do that one thing – your website – really well. We strongly recommend you use Google Apps for Work or Microsoft Office 365 to host your email.
Yes, you can. But we cannot switch plans more than twice per year. If you’re not sure which to choose or want to see for yourself what we can do for you, you can start with the Basic Plan and upgrade at a later date.
You can! After we build the site, we’ll hand you the keys and are you’ll be in control. There are tens of thousands of great tutorials and online. So, if something goes wrong, you can learn how to fix it with a little time and patience.
